I'M STILL ALIVE + RECOLLECTION 2014 PHOTO DIARY

The odds of a broken camera and a feverish schedule keeps 'bad blogger' stamped on my forehead. But with mere luck, I have been rewarded with a four-day long weekend to escape the real world; yet that does not directly imply that I can roll tumbleweed for 96 hours. I still have school work, a new layout for this blog (say your farewell to the mustaches!), and a shopping trip for me and my cousin's joint online store (blog coming soon!). Also, expect a more dynamic and active me because a lot has occurred in the past weeks and I can't wait to publish them here.

Basically, a recollection means 'to gather again', gather goodness, that is. It is one whole day of reflection and honesty, attempting to restore our innocence and integrity; courage to express concern for others. Tears had been shed, letters have been sent, selfies have been taken, and I pretty much hope that we have been changed, or at least inspired to change, for the better.

Last year, we also had the aforementioned event on the same venue, and some areas were still being constructed. But after a year, it's done and very beautiful.

They also added a balcony with the view of Taal lake! I wanna live there already.

I was fortunate enough to receive some letters from my school mates, even though almost all of them are just reminders of my weirdness put into writing. I even got some unexpected ones from people I am not entirely close too.
