2 AM VS. 2 PM

Did you know that despite being dark, the universe is actually beige, as recently discovered by scientists? The color is Cosmic Latte (#FFF8E7) and it's that color above. Anyway, on a completely different note, I dared myself to create/write something on 2 am then 2 pm. Here's what I came up with.

Afternoons are so sad. Everyone's asleep, there's never anything good on TV (not that you watch a lot of TV), and it's too warm to do anything, so you shift in bed, rolling on your own sweat, and you look even more pathetic because it's not pitch black, it's light out, and your fragile, vulnerable self is exposed out in the open. At least at 3 am I could hide in the darkness that envelops me. On afternoons everything is seen.
